The Fairfield Brewery is essential to delivering fresh beer to Northwestern regions of the country including, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Alaska and more.
Opened in 1976, the Fairfield brewery has quickly become our “greenest” brewery. The brewery uses energy from the sun and wind through a 7-acre solar array and two wind turbines. On average, the brewery sources approximately 30 percent of its electricity needs from alternative energy.
In addition to the wind turbines and solar arrays, the brewery’s energy efficiency and conservation initiative include a bio-energy recovery system (BERS), recycling and water conservation efforts.
All of the brewery tours offer a perspective and understanding of brewing Budweiser that you won't find anywhere else. From the advanced brewing technology to engaging storytelling, you'll get a feel for the historical significance of one of America’s oldest brewers.
